Albertus Magnus Application Information

To apply to Albertus Magnus High School:

1. Applicants must complete the application form (available below) and submit it to Albertus Magnus prior to December 1st.
2. In addition, applicants are required to take the COOP exam and list Albertus Magnus as one of the three choices when registering to take the exam. (Please note To be considered for one of the Albertus Magnus memorial scholarships, Albertus Magnus must be listed first or second.)
3. You must have your current school complete and forward the ninth grade applicant record provided in the COOP exam registration packet.
