Scholarship Program

Academic Scholarships

Academic scholarships are awarded to several students every year for four years based on certain criteria, including COOP exam score and 7th and 8th grade transcripts, including standardized test scores.

In order to be considered for a scholarship, we require that Albertus Magnus be listed as first or second choice.

All scholarships awarded are at the discretion of the Admissions Committee at Albertus Magnus High School.

Memorial Scholarships      

Several memorial scholarships are available to registered incoming freshmen.  Applications are made available the night of  Registration (February 2012). 

Winners of these scholarships are announced at the Freshmen Academic Orientation held in March 2012.

Columbus Citizens Foundation Scholarship

This need-based scholarship is independent of Albertus Magnus High School and is sponsored by a private foundation for students of Italian descent.  Please note: Students who have a GPA of 85 (B+) or higher and whose household's total gross income does not exceed $20,000 per capita are eligible. Only 8th graders who will enter high school as a freshman in Fall 2012 are eligible to apply.
